Natasha Magrath is the President and CEO of You’ve Got Maids of Northern Virginia, a nationally recognized franchise cleaning company serving Loudoun and Fairfax Counties. With a degree in accounting/finance and more than 30 years of experience as a Controller in the hospitality management industry, Natasha brings extensive financial and operational expertise to her business leadership.
After decades in corporate leadership, she made the decision to pursue her entrepreneurial dream, embracing her father’s advice that with passion and determination, nothing is impossible. Today, she leads one of the region’s most award-winning residential cleaning companies.
Under Natasha’s leadership, You’ve Got Maids of Northern Virginia has been named Loudoun’s Favorite Cleaning Service Winner (2022, 2023, 2024, 2025) in multiple consecutive years by Loudoun Now. In April 2021, Natasha was featured in Franchise Business Review’s “Powerful Women of Franchising.” In 2022, her company was highlighted by CBS News, NBC, and ABC 7 News as a successful minority woman-owned business.

As an immigrant from Lebanon who became a U.S. citizen in 2002, Natasha understands firsthand the challenges faced by individuals from non-English-speaking countries. Recognizing that English proficiency is critical for advancement, she enrolled in ESOL classes shortly after arriving in the United States. Today, she continues to support her employees’ growth by sponsoring English tutoring for her Spanish-speaking team members at no cost to them empowering them with greater confidence and expanded economic opportunities.
Natasha is deeply committed to community service and philanthropy. Through her company’s extensive business network, she actively supports local nonprofits both financially and through service initiatives, including Loudoun Hunger Relief, Children’s Science Center, Ryan Bartel Foundation, Loudoun Youth , Loudoun Education Foundation, 100Womenstrong, Community Foundation of Loudoun and Fauquier Counties, Loudoun Coalition on Women and Girls and so many more. The company also hosts a quarterly Volunteer Day, during which operations pause so the entire team can serve local organizations such as ECHO, Loudoun Hunger Relief and Legacy Farms. In addition, she dedicates more than 400 hours annually to mentoring students and serving as a judge for academic and leadership competitions throughout Loudoun County and the broader region.

Carol Barbe is a respected business leader, philanthropist, and community advocate whose work is grounded in service, integrity, and family. As President and CEO of Backflow Technology, LLC, a family-owned company based in Ashburn, Virginia, Carol leads a trusted business that has served the DMV region for more than 28 years, helping protect public health through backflow prevention and safe drinking water practices.
With more than 40 years of experience spanning business management, law, human resources, commercial property management, nonprofit leadership, and traditionally male-dominated industries, Carol brings both depth and perspective to every role she holds. Her leadership is defined by strategic vision, operational strength, and a genuine commitment to people.
Carol’s impact extends far beyond the workplace. Deeply committed to philanthropy and community service, she has lent her time and leadership to organizations dedicated to women and girls, health care, hunger relief, public safety, and economic vitality. Her board service includes the Loudoun Chamber of Commerce, Loudoun Hunger Relief, Tigerlily Foundation, Loudoun Coalition on Women and Girls, American Red Cross of Loudoun and Prince William Counties, Silence No More Movement, 100WomenStrong of Loudoun County, and the Inova Loudoun Hospital Foundation. In 2024, she was honored as Philanthropist of the Year by the Community Foundation for Loudoun and Northern Fauquier Counties.
A Loudoun County resident since 1984, Carol lives in Ashburn with her husband, Phil. She is the proud mother of Philip, a 2024 graduate of the University of Tennessee, and their beloved mini goldendoodle, Ruby.
Through her business, civic leadership, and philanthropy, Carol continues to champion the values that matter most to her: family, community, service, and meaningful connection.
Lorna Campbell Clarke is a communications leader with a strong record of guiding teams, shaping strategy and producing award-winning work across nonprofit, cultural and government settings. Her career has centered on making communication clearer, more accessible and more effective for the people it is meant to serve.
Equity in communication begins with access: plain language, thoughtful storytelling and inclusive materials that meet accessibility standards. That approach has shaped her work with public programs, community initiatives and cross-functional teams. Lorna has been honored to lead teams whose work has earned first-place recognition in digital communications and branding/graphic design from the National Association of Government Communicators.
Other honors include being named as a Loudoun Times-Mirror Business Woman to Watch, a Loudoun Business Journal Woman to Watch, a member of the Loudoun 100 and a recipient of Fairfax County Government’s Outstanding Performance Award. In 2025, she was named to the Bonfire Collective, a national cohort of government communicators convened by George Washington University and the National Association of Government Communicators.
Since 2017, Lorna has served as a founding board member of the Loudoun Coalition on Women and Girls (LCWAG), whose vision is a community where every woman and girl thrives. In 2023, LCWAG established Loudoun County’s first Women’s Hall of Fame to recognize women whose leadership, service and contributions have shaped the community.
Her faith shapes how she serves and leads. It calls her to use her time, skills and resources to strengthen her community and serve with purpose.
Mia Fakhro serves on the LCWAG Board as Co-Chair of the Girl Empowerment Summit. In this role, she helps plan a summit focused on building confidence, leadership, and a supportive environment for young girls. Mia is proud to contribute to an event that encourages girls to feel valued, empowered, and confident in themselves.
Donya Gordon brings more than 25 years of legal experience to her role on the Board of Directors. A partner at the law firm of Ramsay Gordon & Associates PC, Donya focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, including in the ecommerce space, as well as business contracts and contract disputes, helping clients navigate complex transactions with clarity and care.
Donya’s career reflects a deep commitment to fairness and sound judgment both inside and outside the courtroom. She currently serves as a FINRA Arbitrator and has held roles as a Hearing Officer and as Clerk to a Civil Court Judge, experience that has sharpened her ability to listen closely, weigh competing interests, and reach thoughtful resolutions. Earlier in her career, she practiced at several AmLaw 100 firms in New York, where she built the foundation for the trusted advisor she is today.
Donya is honored to bring this depth of legal and dispute-resolution experience to the organization’s Board and looks forward to supporting its mission and the community it serves.
With over 35 years of entrepreneurial experience, Tina Johnson is a seasoned serial entrepreneur, Certified Business Coach, and Business Growth Strategist. Driven by a passion to empower women business owners, she identified a critical gap in the coaching industry: many entrepreneurs knew what needed to be done, but not how to do it.
In response, Tina launched her 8th business and founded The CEO Woman and the Women’s CEO Business School in 2020 to provide actionable strategies for building a sustainable business and achieving financial empowerment. The inaugural Women’s CEO Summit was launched in 2021 as a full-day immersive learning event for women business owners. In 2023, she launched the CEO Sisterhood, a values-driven community designed to foster authentic relationships and meaningful support among women entrepreneurs, moving beyond the limitations of traditional networking.
Tina is the Founder and CEO of the multi-award-winning companies The CEO Woman, Women’s CEO Business School, and JP Events & Consulting.
Philanthropy is at the heart of Tina’s work. A portion of every business transaction supports initiatives for women and girls. Based in Loudoun County, VA, she actively serves her community through various leadership roles, including Co-chair of the Women’s Giving Back Capital Campaign, Board Director for the Loudoun Chamber of Commerce and the Loudoun Coalition on Women & Girls, and serving on the board for Loudoun First Responders Foundation for the past 15 years, currently as the Immediate Past President.
Tina has also served on boards for Loudoun Interfaith Relief, LAWS, NAWBO, and Visit Loudoun, and volunteers with the Medical Reserve Corps. Her dedication has earned her numerous accolades, including the George C. Marshall Award, NAWBO President’s Award, Trailblazer Woman of the Year, Professional Service Business of the Year, and Entrepreneur of the Year, and the awards she is most proud of, Community Leader of the Year, and Small Business Community Leader Award.
Tina resides in Leesburg, VA, with her husband of nearly 41 years and is the mother of four sons and two precious grandsons: her life’s big why.
Lara Makky is a dedicated advocate and volunteer with a strong commitment to raising awareness and addressing human trafficking in her community. As Co-Chair of the Health & Wellness Committee at LCWAG, she focuses on creating impactful events, fostering community engagement, and supporting survivors through education and outreach initiatives.
In addition to her nonprofit work, Lara brings a wealth of technical expertise as a Senior Test Engineer at MicroHealth LLC, where she has contributed to AI-driven projects and process improvements, demonstrating her detail-oriented, collaborative, and problem-solving skills. She has been recognized for her contributions with multiple awards, including MicroHealth’s Employee of the Month and Impact Award.
Lara has actively volunteered for LCWAG events for multiple consecutive years, combining her professional skills and personal dedication to ensure successful and meaningful community programs.
Dr. Suzanne Nixon is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Marriage & Family Therapist with over 35 years in private practice, serving adults, teens, couples, and families in Northern Virginia. She has been voted Best Psychotherapist for eight consecutive years in Loudoun Now’s People’s Poll and honored to be named one of Loudoun’s 100 most influential people in 2021.
As a professional educator and speaker, Dr. Nixon has delivered impactful seminars for over three decades to educational institutions, professional organizations, corporations, and federal agencies. Her work integrates mental health, mindfulness, and personal growth to support individuals and communities in navigating life’s challenges with greater resilience and awareness.
Dr. Nixon is deeply committed to community engagement and has served on several nonprofit boards, offering her expertise in mental health and wellness. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she created Quiet Waters Podcast through a grant with the Loudoun County Economic Development Center—a platform providing education, tools, and guided practices to help individuals manage stress and cultivate resilience.
She is an active member of the Capital Women’s Speakers Club and the Loudoun Chamber of Commerce, and is dedicated to educating, empowering, and inspiring women and girls to find their voice, cultivate self-leadership and pursue their aspirations. Outside of her professional work, she is a mother of two adult children, a grandmother of four, an avid hiker, and a passionate traveler.
Minaal Qureshi serves as an active Board Member for the Loudoun Coalition on Women and Girls, co-chairing the annual Girl emPower Summit. She is an active member of her community, volunteering at the local mosque, being a part of the Random Acts of Kindness club at her school, and volunteering with the local Red Bag Food for Neighbors chapter. She aims to continue active civic engagement in the community in the future.
Ferri Riar is a research scientist, nonprofit leader, and Founder and CEO of Orblynx Academy, an award-winning organization delivering innovative STEM education to youthacross Loudoun County. With more than 20 years of leadership experience in public health, education, and community service, she has led national efforts to expand access to healthcare and education while creating meaningful STEM opportunities for girls and underserved students.
Prior to founding Orblynx, Ferri led national initiatives at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services focused on advancing healthcare access and equity, and she served as a Governor-appointed State Commissioner. Through Orblynx Academy, she has expanded access to STEM education for thousands of students, helping build pathways to innovation, technology, and future careers.
Ferri serves on the Board of Directors of 100WomenStrong, the Loudoun County Chamber of Commerce, Loudoun Community Media, the Loudoun Coalition on Women and Girls, and the Loudoun Impact Fund. She also serves on the Loudoun County Public Schools Business Partnership Executive Council and the STEM Advisory Council for the Northern Virginia Science Center Foundation.
Her work has been recognized locally and nationally, including the 2026 LCPS Make a Difference Award and recognition as a 2025 Loudoun Chamber Entrepreneur of the Year finalist. Her company, Orblynx Academy, was named the 2025 Loudoun Chamber of Commerce Consumer Services Business of the Year and has been the recipient of the 2024 Loudoun County Environmental Excellence Award.
Ferri is known for her compassionate leadership and her commitment to expanding opportunity through education, innovation, and community partnerships.
Dr. Breana Turner is a public health researcher, science communicator, speaker, and advocate dedicated to advancing health equity and empowering women and girls. A recent PhD graduate of Virginia Tech’s Translational Biology, Medicine, and Health program, her research centers on Black women’s health and wellness and translating research into meaningful community impact.
Dr. Turner is the founder of Becoming HealthyHer, a health communication initiative that transforms research into accessible tools that strengthen health literacy, advocacy, and culturally responsive communication. She has lived a life dedicated to helping young women achieve their personal and professional goals. She is a passionate advocate for leadership development and service and is a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.
Dr. Turner was inducted into the Loudoun County Women and Girls Hall of Fame in 2025 as a Trailblazer for her contributions to advancing opportunities for women and girls throughout the region. As a member of the Loudoun Coalition on Women and Girls Board, she is committed to leveraging research, advocacy, and community collaboration to help women and girls thrive.
Lisa McGrail is a Certified Nonprofit Professional (CNP) and longtime Loudoun County resident, having called the community home since 1999. Her career spans volunteer coordination, fundraising, donor relations, grant writing, and organizational development across Northern Virginia’s nonprofit sector.
She previously served as Director of Partnerships and Development at Leadership Fairfax and as Volunteer Engagement Specialist at Women Giving Back, where she supported women and children in crisis. Earlier roles with Loudoun County Public Schools and Girl Scouts Nation’s Capital reflect a longstanding commitment to community and youth.
Lisa also serves as the Ashburn District representative on Loudoun County’s Parks, Recreation, and Open Space Committee and is a Founding Board Member of the Global Institute for Sustainable Development.
She brings to LCWAG a practical, collaborative leadership style and a genuine investment in Loudoun’s women and girls.
